Talkin’ Ship really began a long, long time ago when Jerry Noonan and Patrick Weir started going to lunch to discuss their Mail and Parcel stores. There were many talks about former jobs they had, personal triumphs and setbacks and about their shared history in radio and public speaking. It only took the entire world of technology to change to allow two regular store owners to be able to put out a “radio talk-show” for the Internet. Thanks to the world of podcasting these two guys finally have a nationwide voice. Former MBE Franchisee of the Year, he and his wife Pat run their store in the West Village of NYC with great aplomb … not to mention over 17 years of experience.

About Patrick Weir:

Former MBE Humanitarian of the year 2001, for his efforts immediately following the 9/11 attacks he still personally runs his flagship store on Columbus Avenue and 82nd Street.  He has now created the Manhattan Mailroom brand which is gaining prestige and new locations every day.

About Suzannah Ancell Weir:

Much like a superhero, this Office worker by day/Opera singer by night deals with the minutia of a desk Job while singing Mozart and Puccini Operas.  Plus, have you seen her in that MyDigitalDoorman outfit?  Holy Superhero Spandex, Batman!
